Animal Exclusions/Damage repairs
Location of the entrance point(s) is the most important part. Animals can create or find an existing gap or issue on the structure. Did you Know? A bat only needs a 1/4" gap to get into your home. Below are some examples of these issues.
Animal Exclusion from rooflines, soffits, facia boards, Gable vents, ridge vents, and Roof vents/fans
Raccoons, squirrels, and bats mostly enter a structure from the roof area. We are trained to find these areas and repair them with quality materials.
Animal Exclusion from crawlspaces
Animals like Opossums, mice, rats, and snakes often enter a structure from the crawlspace. Using gaps in foundation, loose or broken foundation vents, siding gaps, broken or warped crawl doors.
Exclusion of birds from vents
Europeon Starlings use bathroom vents and dryer vents to build nests in the spring. This can lead to blocked vents and dryer fires. We can remove them and install caps to prevent this.
Animal Exclusion from Chimneys
Bats, Birds, Raccoons, squirrels, and sometimes, owls and ducks get into chimneys. We can remove the animal and install a chimney cap with a lifetime waranty.
